Are you an experienced nurse with proficient coaching and clinical leadership skills? Join our Delegated Healthcare team as the DN Skills Trainer Lead and take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of the service within our countywide district nursing community.
This is a permanent role (37.5 hours/week) and the successful candidate will be accountable in providing a smooth running of the service, including delivery on clinical, strategic and educational responsibilities.
To lead and manage the delivery of the District Nursing delegated healthcare process and protocol for adults across Oxfordshire.
To provide strong, integrated clinical leadership and management of the District Nursing Skills Trainers, ensuring delivery of skilled nursing care to patients whose needs are best met in the community.
To be an expert and resource on Delegated Healthcare (DHC) and Self-care process for the District Nursing Service within Oxford Health NHSFT. To act as a conduit between the integrated leadership team and the nursing teams.
To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
