You’ll play a pivotal role in implementing best-in-class Parts & Service operations, ensuring every dealership is equipped to perform at its peak. From guest satisfaction to profitability, your impact will be felt across the board. Join our Field Operations Division and take the lead in coordinating aftersales, fleet, marketing, and franchise development activities. Your mission? To bulletproof our Dealer network and accelerate performance across every touchpoint. This role is based in Adelaide (airport) with flexible work arrangements on offer. Travel is required for this role. How you’ll make an impact Champion Best Practice: Roll out and review Parts & Service processes that align with policy and drive aftersales success. Shape Strategy: Help develop plans that boost guest satisfaction and align with regional goals—while feeding back valuable market insights. Drive Performance: Analyse data and kaizen inputs to monitor Dealer performance and unlock new levels of profitability. Raise the Bar: Promote and uphold operational standards through evaluations, certifications, and regular check-ins. Build Capability: Elevate service and parts departments with training, recognition programs, KPI reviews, and retention strategies Your attributes – If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you! Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
