You’ll work closely with customers, product teams, and leadership to secure new business, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure that Expeditors remains a trusted logistics partner. This is a customer‑facing, results‑driven role where your market knowledge, commercial acumen, and ability to build relationships will directly shape our success. What You’ll Do Manage a defined sales territory, developing a deep understanding of the local market, customer base, and competitive landscape. Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Use Customer Relationship Management tools to maintain accurate, timely records of sales activities and opportunities. Collaborate closely with product teams, district leadership, and regional support functions to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling value‑added logistics solutions, including cost‑benefit summaries and network diagrams where applicable. Support smooth onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a positive transition experience. Participate in customer‑facing sessions, product briefings, and development activities to stay current with market trends and Expeditors’ service offerings. Engage in local trade groups and community activities as directed to strengthen visibility and professional networks. Coordinate with internal partners to support credit setup, accounts receivable, and customer care activities. Work with the District Sales Manager to execute joint sales calls, strategic pursuits, and commercial initiatives. Maintain strong internal communication to ensure customers receive seamless service across all Expeditors functions. Contribute to broader district efforts, company initiatives, and special projects as needed. Qualifications What You Bring Strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Solid understanding of international trade and global logistics. 2–5 years of experience in a relevant sales or commercial role (trade or logistics industry preferred). Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain trust with customers at all levels. Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑service orientation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM systems. Strong analytical, follow‑through, and presentation skills.
