WHAT YOU WILL NEED :



    • At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership

    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels
    • Strong leadership experience to lead, mentor, and grow a high-functioning team
    • Good proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
    • Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
    • Experience of working in a distribution centric role in Prepaid telecom, FMCG & similar industries with working knowledge of Permanent Journey Plans, Route Mapping, Sector wise & beat wise working
    Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Based in South Jakarta & East Jakarta, the District Sales Manager (DSM) will lead merchant acquisition initiatives for Moka and GoPay across the Jabodetabek region. With exceptional team management and interpersonal skills, the DSM will deeply engage with merchant partners to address their concerns, tailor sales strategies based on their feedback, and streamline operations through automation. By driving these efforts, the DSM will significantly enhance daily operations, expand the merchant-partner network, and ensure timely achievement of all regional sales targets.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO :



      • Lead, guide, and mentor team members by fostering their growth and enhancing their merchant acquisition skills, enabling them to provide effective solutions that address the pain points of our merchant partners.

      • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to design and implement robust sales strategies and streamline account management practices.
      • Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved by leveraging tools such as CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Data Studio for data-driven decision-making.
      • Provide hands-on support to team members during negotiations and assist in addressing challenging questions from potential customers with confidence and clarity.
