This is an outside management position supporting central Florida including Brevard County, Orlando, Lakeland, and surrounding areas. Rather than a desk job, this role offers the opportunity to supervise a sales team while developing and executing sales plans aligned with our corporate objectives. As the face of Cavalier, you and your team will be responsible for the successful sales, distribution, and placement of our diverse product portfolio across new and existing retail accounts. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and direct sales representatives to maximize product sales and distribution. This includes overseeing recruitment, selection, training, and organizing territory assignments. Performance Management: Conduct employee evaluations, provide feedback, and maintain team morale through ongoing motivation and monthly meetings. Strategy & Execution: Implement company marketing strategies, prepare monthly sales objectives, and develop actionable plans for business activities. Account & Relationship Management: Identify sales opportunities in key accounts and assist in managing supplier relationships. Operations & Compliance: Schedule personnel for promotional events, ensure the team follows all company policies, and stay informed on industry trends to respond to new developments. Ability to positively represent the organization to the public and customers and promote the goodwill of the company.
