Requirements:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve district sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and professional growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the Southshore district.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales meetings to support team members and reinforce district sales strategies.

  • Manage district budget and optimize resource allocation to achieve optimal sales results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a defined territory.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within the Southshore district as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
