MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Specific knowledge in the Automation, electrical, electronic or pneumatic,
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster

Responsibilities
  • Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential
  • Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts
  • Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan
  • Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them
  • Segmentation of different applications versus clientele
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments
  • Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Timely completion of all sales administration
