MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A technical degree (Master’s or equivalent) in disciplines such as Electrical, Business Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, SharePoint, and Business Object.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or Pneumatic sectors.

• Identify and assess key territory accounts and their revenue potential.
• Set and achieve an annual sales target through account development.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new target accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and create tailored account management strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research on various applications and formulate a comprehensive business plan to support them.
• Relay customer feedback and requirements to internal teams.
• Oversee customer relationship management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure timely completion of all sales-related administrative tasks.
