POSITION SUMMARY

The District Sales Support is a remote field-based position that helps support the Route Sales Representatives and organization in delivering on our promise to our customers.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience
• Ability to be agile with daily tasks, personable, and self-sufficient.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORKING CONDITIONS, AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• This will require extensive driving and overnight stays in hotels (paid by the Company) within a 2-3 hour radius of your home
• The ability to lift 50 pounds, bending, climbing in and out of 16 ft (small) box truck.

• Sales/sales support in existing and new accounts
• Servicing (route relief) existing customers
• Merchandising and setting existing and new accounts in a full-service capacity via direct store deliveries
• Sales and credits of merchandise as integral responsibilities of this position.
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time.
