POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven District Service Manager to oversee service operations, manage installer performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Lowe’s processes, a background in door and window installations, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will play a vital role in relationship building with installers, store associates, and customers, while providing critical administrative support to ensure service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in service management, installation coordination, or retail operations (preferably with Lowe’s or similar big-box retailers).
  • Working knowledge of windows and doors installation standards and customer care procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative support capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience working with or within Lowe’s service systems.
  • Background in construction, home improvement, or installation services.
  • Bilingual a plus.
