JOB SUMMARY

The District Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving service sales growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating customized solutions for our customers. This role focuses on promoting our comprehensive portfolio of service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention across various sectors.

TECHNICAL & FIELD EXPERIENCE

• Possess mechanical/electronic knowledge to provide guidance and knowledge sharing with customers.
• To acquire product knowledge for curating of solution.
• Site / project management: experience is site surveys, technical assessment, workforce development and site planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field and graduate in engineering (BE/Diploma) is preferred.
• Experience : At least 7 years of experience in Service- sales management, with a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams, preferably within the security, access control, or related industries.
• Skills : Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Characteristics : Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of building strong professional relationships.
