Job Description Role • DITO Solutions Lead Key Responsibilities • Responsible for building, estimating & presenting RUN solutions in onsite customer meetings across globe. • Must be willing to take ownership of end-to-end solutions. • Guiding and reviewing RUN solutions. • Respond to RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and own an opportunity from qualification to award of deal, as part of pre-sales process • Experience in Solutioning across End User Computing/ Digital Workplace & Hybrid Cloud or/and Cyber Security/Networks/Service Management. • Understand the client requirements and pain points completely and design an optimum operation solution. • Size and cost the service components using consistent assumptions and exclusions. • Create & Review Technical solution documents, Transition plans, Governance plan, Target Operating Models, SLAs, SOWs, due diligence plans, and handover plans aligning with the entire solution.

Responsibilities

Responsible for building, estimating, and presenting end-to-end RUN solutions during onsite customer meetings globally. This includes managing the pre-sales process from qualification to award, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
