Job Purpose To lead and supervise dive and snorkel sessions for guests, ensuring safe and enjoyable underwater experiences in accordance with international diving standards. The Dive and Snorkel Instructor is responsible for guiding, training, and monitoring participants while also maintaining equipment and safety protocols.     Job Responsibilities: Conduct dive and snorkel briefings, training sessions, and guided tours. Monitor guest safety and environmental responsibility during excursions.  Inspect and maintain diving equipment and ensure readiness. Assist with first aid and emergency response as needed. Educate guests about marine life, underwater safety, and eco-practices. Ensure compliance with local regulations and PADI or equivalent standards. Support certification programs for beginner and advanced divers. Maintain daily logs and incident reports. Collaborate with lifeguards and aquatic operations team. Provide feedback to improve guest programs and marine activities.   Job Requirements: Certified Dive Instructor (e.g., PADI, SSI). First Aid/CPR certification required 6 years to relevant experience in aquatic instruction or guiding, with strong guest interaction skills
