About the Role: We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities with our Central Operations crew, supporting our Wellboats with fish bathing operations. This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations. You’ll oversee a skilled team and receive a dive allowance of $100 per dive day. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead daily diving activities Maintain diving equipment Ensure safety and efficiency in dive operations About You: To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experience Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent) Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills A degree in aquaculture or a related field (beneficial but not essential) Other Attributes: Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about your work Reliable and supportive team player Strong commitment to safety for yourself and your crew Why Join Us?
