Communication Internal Communication: Shipyard Personnel Purpose: To communicate with other section personnel during work. To communicate with the peoples inside the organization. External Communication: N/A Purpose: N/A Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Responsibilities

Perform underwater inspections, maintenance, and repair works on vessels and infrastructure within the shipyard. Ensure operational safety and vessel integrity during docking and undocking operations in compliance with international maritime standards.
