Grace Lutheran College is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Diverse Learning Support Case Manager/Teacher to join our Diverse Learning team at the Rothwell Campus as soon as possible. If you’re passionate about supporting our diverse learners in partnership with school and home and creating a rich learning environment for students, this could be the perfect role for you!
This position may be filled by an applicant working within both aspects of the position, or as one component of the position. A successful applicant breakdown is as follows:
Diverse Learning Support Teacher 1.0 FTE being made up of .60 Teaching Classes / 0.40 Case Manager allocation.
Diverse Learning Support Case Manager 1.0 FTE being made up of .40 Case Manager / 0.60 Administration.
The Diverse Learning Support Teacher supports the needs of students and families across the College. You will be an integral link in the partnership between learning, school, and home. You will advocate for the individual support and adjustments that students may be able to access through Diverse Learning.
The Diverse Learning Support Case Manager (non-teaching role) reflects the face of the College and actively engages with processes and procedures to support students in accessing necessary adjustments in their senior learning pathway.
Both these positions are responsible to the Diverse Learning Lead.
