We’re seeking a dedicated Diversion Clinician to join our Believe in Making Results (BMR) program, a preventative initiative supporting youth ages 10–14 and their families. Why You’ll Love Working Here Meaningful Impact: Help youth and families build resilience and avoid unnecessary system involvement Team-Oriented Culture: Supervise and collaborate with bachelor-level behavioral assistants in delivering client-centered care Professional Growth: Use and refine evidence-based approaches including Family Systems Theory, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Youth Development Flexible, Community-Based Work: Deliver services in homes, schools, and communities, not just an office Award-Winning Employer: Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Safe Zone Certified, and Veteran-Friendly What You'll Do Supervise and mentor bachelor-level behavioral assistants in case management, therapeutic activities, and skill-building groups Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and trauma screenings to inform individualized recovery plans Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group counseling Oversee therapeutic recreation and skills-based programs to enhance protective factors and youth development Coordinate with schools, community resources, and other providers to ensure holistic support Facilitate access to critical resources such as housing, healthcare, and educational support Provide crisis intervention and maintain client safety when needed Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and meet program productivity expectations Requirements Who You Are Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required) Independent clinical licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experienced with at-risk youth and families Skilled in family dynamics, youth development, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches Collaborative, adaptable, and culturally competent Compensation & Benefits $55,000–$63,000/year, based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for professional development, supervision, and training Work in a supportive, mission-driven team environment
