Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of our next Gender Equality Action Plan and reporting.
Undertake a review of the existing strategy and identification of critical focus areas.
Lead the execution of initiatives aligned with business priorities and aspirations.
Collaborate with senior leaders to co-design impactful initiatives.
Use data and insights to identify barriers and track progress on our diversity and inclusion goals.
Represent Seymour Health at external forums and networks, whilst engaging in shared learning from others.
Draft inputs for Board and Compliance reporting (e.g. GEAP) and track progress of reporting and initiatives.
