Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant to join our People team. You will support key programs across the business including our Access and Inclusion Plan, employee advocacy groups and strategic external partnerships.
To be successful, you will ideally have previous experience in leading DEI initiatives, with a drive to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
You can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Leading our Employee Advocacy Groups framework and associated activities (including Pride, First Nations, AccessAbility and Women at Bupa)
- Building a strategic calendar and program of activities, to raise awareness of key DEI days of significance, training and events.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enable the delivery of DEI solutions for the business
- Facilitating DEI training and awareness workshops
- Creating insights through data analytics to inform ongoing strategy implementation and to measure impact and outcomes.
- Project Managing reporting activities (specifically WGEA and AWEI)
- Providing subject matter expertise on DEI within the business
- Working with the wider OD team to align and co-create across different portfolios
- Using Agile and flexible ways of working to support program delivery, continuously adjusting to business needs and requirements
- Support the delivery of Inclusion strategy and actions (Access and Inclusion plan and others
