We’re seeking an experienced DEI professional who brings both professional expertise and life experience to the role. Someone who has navigated different workplace environments, who understands people and organisations deeply, and who can guide leaders and teams through meaningful transformation.

• Conduct organisational DEI assessments and develop tailored strategies.
• Advise on policy creation and integration to promote equity and inclusion.
• Design and deliver DEI training, workshops, and facilitation sessions.
• Support and guide Employee Resource Groups and external DEI partnerships.
• Advise leaders and employees on sensitive conversations with clarity and care.
• Stay at the forefront of DEI best practices, legal updates, and workplace innovations.
