TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

JOB SUMMARY

This role involves supporting the organisation’s commitment to fair employment practices and compliance with employment equity legislation. The DEI Officer plays a key role in developing job profiles, maintaining the HRIS system, and drafting employment-related letters to support a seamless and compliant recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or a related field (advantageous)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR administrative or officer role (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of Employment Equity legislation and HR best practices (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Drivers License: Code 08

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of annual Employment Equity reports
  • Support the development and implementation of Employment Equity plans
  • Coordinate quarterly Employment Equity meetings, including preparation of materials, document organisation, and minute-taking
  • Gather and submit documentation for Department of Labour inspections
  • Draft, review, and finalise Appointment, Offer, Promotion, Adjustment, and Permanent Letters
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employment documentation and maintain signed records
  • Contribute to job profiling and other HR initiatives
  • Maintain organised and secure HR document storage in shared folders
  • Use SAGE300 for employee records, job title changes, and reportingEnsure accurate filing of essential documents such as signed letters and appointment records
