Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Strong understanding of diversity metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications in diversity and inclusion or related fields are a plus.
