Description

Company Description We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take responsibility for managing and executing the sale of selected real estate assets. The role involves close cooperation with company management and the investment team. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Management and coordination of divestment projects across the real estate portfolio Analysis of disposal opportunities and preparation of financial models and valuations Proposal of sale prices and divestment strategies in cooperation with the investment team and management End-to-end management of real estate sale processes, including preparation of all relevant documentation Cooperation with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Technical departments) Management of cooperation with external partners and participation in tender processes Communication with public authorities and handling of technical and legal documentation Reporting results and preparing materials for company management Qualifications Requirements: Minimum secondary education with graduation exam; university degree in economics, finance, or technical fields is an advantage Proven experience in real estate, investments, finance, or divestments Experience with real estate valuation, financial analysis, and sales processes is an advantage Previous experience in team leadership English at B2 level – regular professional communication Advanced PC skills, especially MS Office (Excel); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage Valid driving license (Category B) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, independence, and high ethical standards Additional Information What We Offer: On-site position in the center of Ostrava in modern offices Flexible working hours with core hours from 9:00 to 14:00 Annual bonus 25 days of vacation Electronic meal vouchers, Cafeteria benefits, contribution to Multisport card, and more If you are interested in this opportunity, please send us your structured CV in both English and Czech and become part of our team.
