Description

Position Summary
Responsible for the supervision, control and analysis of the division’s accounting systems and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, cost accounting and general ledger and their supporting systems.
Responsibilities
Ensure inventory is properly costed and analyzed
Manage month end process, including monthly reports and analysis
Complete financial reporting
Manage fixed assets
Set annual standard costs and departmental budgets
Maintain general ledger
Maintain property systems records
Provide account reconciliation and business analysis as required
Ensure all cost and other accounting systems meet corporate guidelines
Maintain highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
7-10 years experience
5 years supervisory experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing industry is required
SAP experience is strongly preferred
