Description
This person will be responsible to develop and lead marketing and sales strategies, communications, and growth programs with the Industrial Controls channel partners to exceed sales growth goals, increase profitability, and improve product mix. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy and programs to Industrial Control channel partners. Set growth goals for existing channel partners including specific products, segments, and customer penetration targets. Analyzes and review sales trends with sales leadership, channel managers and marketing to initiate proactive and/or corrective actions to meet sales objectives. Identifies conversion opportunities at our channel partners and manages conversion process. Establishes into stock pricing policy and implementation. Sets direction for DSR organization's ICD initiatives Work with corporate channel organization to improve channel programs and increase channel loyalty Ensures our channel partners are properly trained on ICD products. Manage ICD's target market planning process including formation and execution of agreements. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/electrical channel partners No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
