Position Summary
As a pivotal member of theMechanical Fastening leadership team, theDivision Controllerwill partner with the Vice President/General Manager and Divisional Leadership Te am to drive aggressive market growth while sustaining profitability. This role leads financial planning, analysis, and governance to support above-market organic growth and operational excellence. The Division Controller will leverage ITW’s 80/20 business model to simplify processes, enhance decision-making, and foster a high-performing finance team through talent development and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment: The work environment is primarily an office setting but includes occasional exposure to manufacturing environments with fumes, airborne particles, climate variances, and moving mechanical equipment. The noise level in the office is low but higher in manufacturing areas, where personal protective equipment is required. Physical Demands: The role requires frequent sitting, standing, talking, hearing, and reaching with hands and arms, with regular walking. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires approximately 10% travel.

Annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. This position is also bonus eligible, with a range of 20-25%.
