JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Division Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Division office.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a professional office environment required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally required
