This opportunity entails being responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to office and division leadership. This position will involve comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support activities, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions. May support offices, divisions, and specific duties as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provides intermediate-level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making.
  • Synthesizes large amounts of data into meaningful summarized reports to enhance leadership’s ability to understand the information and make decisions.
  • Assists in the basic design and development of business applications with Excel and/or HNTB Enterprise Reporting Solutions.
  • Facilitates monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial planning activities.
  • Generates, creates, and evaluates standard and ad hoc financial and business-related analysis under minimal guidance.
  • Develops graphs, charts, and presentations to clearly show data trends and projections. Provides interpretation of data.
  • Analyzes issues that affect Sales, Revenue, Earnings, and Cash.
  • Partners with other groups/functions at the division and corporate levels, and other internal clients when appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
