Divisional Manager - Pools Are you a senior leader ready to take full ownership of a thriving Pools Division and lead it into the next phase of growth? At Humphreys Landscaping, we design, create, and maintain some of Auckland's most exclusive residential gardens. Pool Magic, our Pools Division, plays a critical specialist role within Humphreys Landscaping. Our experienced pool valet and service teams ensure every client's pool is immaculate and performing at its best all year round. They also work closely with the wider Humphreys Landscaping team to design, deliver, and maintain premium swimming pools that integrate seamlessly with bespoke landscapes and outdoor living spaces. We are looking for an experienced Divisional Manager who is excited to lead a capable and passionate team, drive commercial performance, deliver exceptional client service, and build on the strong foundation already in place to create something even better. The Role As Divisional Manager, you will take full ownership of the division, setting direction, standards, and performance expectations aligned with company strategy. You will lead a strong, passionate team and be accountable for all aspects of divisional performance. Operating as a senior specialist leader within Humphreys Landscaping, the role offers real autonomy and decision-making authority, with the opportunity to shape the future of the division and strengthen Humphreys Landscaping's reputation for excellence.
