Responsibilities
  • Alignment & Strategy:
  • Communicate and implement the CDMO media framework within the division, including guidelines, partnership knowledge, media conditions, and innovation opportunities. Adapt the framework as needed and ensure alignment with zone, division, and ROE (Return on Experience) objectives.
  • Supervise and steer 360° media planning, driving channel strategy in alignment with overall business goals and brand priorities, collaborating closely with brand teams and the CDMO.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
  • Oversee the execution of all media campaigns within the division, ensuring alignment with the established strategy and optimizing for maximum ROI and adherence to Golden Rules (brand-owned budget, division media team to advise and execute).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-brand and multi-divisional digital projects encompassing media and search, as well as 1P (first-party) data activation.
  • Agency & Measurement Management:
  • Organize regular meetings (weekly team check-ins, kick-offs with brands and agencies) and steer the external media agency.
  • Develop a measurement testing framework with the agency and ensure GLA (Global Learning Agenda) principles are applied in the market, in conjunction with the CDMO.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Manage and mentor the division’s media team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
