A perfect candidate for our Division President position is someone who works well under pressure, can oversee many moving parts, and is passionate about leading and growing a small group of individuals for tangible outcomes. We are looking for our Division President to spearhead continued growth in our Minnesota Location. You will be overseeing renovation and office logistics, driving the growth of our team, and connecting with and growing our clientele. Job Details · Lead and manage the Design Team, and the Project Manager. · Accountable for sales through sitting client meetings, growing sales department, and growing repeat and referral initiatives. · Responsible for local event marketing endeavors such as connecting at local home shows. · Coach on our design and sales process including following our sales client-journey and utilizing design programs such as chief architect. · Manage and execute local marketing budget. · Oversee Minnesota office meetings and one on ones with team members. · Coordinate operations along with company budget and profit and loss management. · Manage our relationships with trade partners and vendors. · Schedule and lead team-building initiatives and events. · Coordinate facility maintenance and cleaning. Requirements Requirements Minimum of three years of successful management, accountability, and leadership of industry experts. Experience with overseeing company culture, finances, and profit & loss. Proven leadership aptitude, business development success, and coaching ability. 3+ Years of construction-related project management preferred. Comfortable with new technologies and the ability to have a workable knowledge of chief architect. Familiar with Excel and QuickBooks.
