Job Description As part of the globalization of the Textile Division and based on the company's and division's general and strategic directions as well as the priorities set by the Division Supply Chain officer, the Division Sourcing and Procurement Leader is specifically responsible for: Role at a Division Level: Assess the current procurement landscape across our production units and develop a strategy for globalizing purchases Develop an international procurement network and lead its coordination to drive group objectives Evaluate international development opportunities and implement actions for the rollout of the division's strategy Oversee and enhance the procurement performance indicators for the Division's production units Analyze and forecast risks associated with market dynamics and the global supply chain Strengthen and maintain the global procurement database Initiate a global cost optimization program Develop at the division level category management and suppliers’ rationalization Role at a Local Level (Faverges): Deploy the company's industrial strategy, especially by developing the supplier panel in terms of quality, lead time, price, capacity, and technology Manage and optimize all purchasing processes Support buyers and participate in strategic negotiations Manage and ensure supplier risk management Facilitate the search for innovative solutions in the context of developing new products or productivity on existing products Construct and manage the department's operating budget Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department Management role: As a Division Procurement Leader, you will directly manage the Faverges perimeter (team of 7 people) but also will functionally drive the entire community, which represent 17 people located on our production unit Mobility: frequent international travel (25%) Qualifications Degree: Master’s degree in engineering science, completed with procurement education. A different level of education with a significant experience will be considered Career Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement within an international and industrial company, on a management role dedicated to implement a globalized procurement strategy, ideally material procurement Foreign language: Fluent in French and English, German or Chinese is a plus Dedicated skills: Procurement and globalization strategy Industrial processes: machining, assembly, electronics Sourcing & negotiation Project and change management Doted and solid line management Qualities: Leadership, adaptability, proactivity, strategic vision Additional Information Permanent contract, full time, attractive benefits Job based in Faverges (74), France
