We are looking for a Division Vice President of Solid Organ Transplant for our North Texas Division Office team where excellence creates excellence.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Division Vice President of Solid Organ Transplant provides executive oversight and strategic leadership for both transplant centers within the HCA North Texas Division. This role ensures the operational, financial, and clinical success of the transplant programs while driving growth, standardization, and innovation across the system in collaboration with the current facility-based transplant administrators. The position focuses on optimizing transplant operations, advancing research and education, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving patient outcomes while expanding transplant services beyond the current market.
QUALITY, COMPLIANCE & PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor SRTR CUSUM reports and utilize predictive data sets and tools to identify opportunities for improving patient outcomes and program performance.
- Support facility MPSC PAIS inquiries and external program reviews.
- Standardize facility-level policies, job descriptions, and staff competencies across all transplant programs as applicable in conjunction with the Transplant Administrators.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Extensive leadership experience in solid organ transplantation, healthcare administration, and strategic planning.
- Proven expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
- Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and corporate leadership.
- Experience in data analytics, operational efficiency, and technology-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of UNOS, OPTN, CMS, and transplant industry trends.
