WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A minimum of A-level education or equivalent experience;
  • Experience of working effectively within a team;
  • Experience of taking accurate notes at meetings;
  • Experience of managing, setting up and maintaining administrative

systems and processes and keeping accurate records;

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft IT systems (Teams, Excel, Word,

Power BI);

  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and plan workload;
  • Excellent organisational skills and structured approach to work, and ability

to work to deadlines;

  • Ability to provide advice and information to stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive support professional with an
interest in the Higher Education sector, to play an important role at one of the
world’s leading universities.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

As our Divisional Administrator, you’ll provide an outstanding and proactive
operational and administrative support function to the Division of the University
Secretary. This will involve ensuring that operational and administrative processes
are in place to share information, files, processes, templates and know-how
across the Division’s teams to enable them to work more effectively but also
more widely, including with other University teams and individuals. The post
holder must develop strong collaborative working relationships with members of
the Division.
