Divisional Controller Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead and manage all accounting and financial operations across our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control, payroll, fixed assets, financial reporting, budgeting, and project management for all company locations. Key Responsibilities Direct all accounting and financial operations. Prepare accurate financial documents, reports, and budgets. Delegate authority for receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting partners. Review, record, and authorize disbursement requests in compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Expertise in percentage of completion accounting and monthly close processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Acumatica. Solid understanding of accounting for construction projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller. In-depth knowledge of construction project accounting and percentage of completion methodology. Experience with acquisitions and related accounting is a plus. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Advanced proficiency with ERP software (Acumatica experience strongly preferred).
