MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role
  • Previous supervisory or people management experience
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas)
  • Willingness to travel periodically to different divisions and project locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the Construction and/or Manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience overseeing multi-division or multi-entity financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong business partnering skills with operations, project managers, and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and implement internal controls and process improvements
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a project-based environment
  • Experience supporting audits and liaising with external auditors
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
