10+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Experience in people/team management Knowledge of financial products / asset classes / risk measures Knowledge of the trade lifecycle & F2B data lineage/data flow experience Strong risk and control mindset, background in an independent control function preferred Project Management - ability to scope, plan, and execute projects Ability to build & maintain credible relationships Assess prioritization of various data initiatives Develop SME knowledge around key data governance processes and controls Conduct control coverage assessment, identify any control gaps, and develop remediation plans Provide guidance & supervision to other team members Track progress of the initiatives against timelines, provide status report to Senior Management and highlight risks and dependencies to meeting planned deadlines.
