Divisional Director Position Summary: The Director is responsible for developing and overseeing programs in multiple counties. Oversight of the programs include the direct supervision of program supervisors, coordinators and/or staff., daily operations, and management of programs. In addition, the Director is responsible for assisting in the Division’s CQI process, assisting in new program development and serving as an administrative back up to the Vice President. Divisional Director Job Responsibilities: Oversees, evaluates and informs the clinical practice within the division to ensure that programs operate from a solid clinical foundation and produce the desired program and client outcomes. Develops, maintains, evaluates and works to improve assigned programs to ensure high quality, effective and efficient treatment and service delivery; provides direct program administrative oversight and consultation for assigned programs. Responsible for respective program licensure and/or certification. Participates in funding application process. Supervises program supervisors and staff of assigned programs, monitors and evaluates service delivery; coordinates and participates in staff meetings and individual supervisory conferences. Leads the QA/QI process for assigned programs; prepares reports and recommendations for process improvement for all division programs. Determines Utilization Review Data Collection needs and coordinates same. Divisional Director Qualifications: Masters in Social Work or related clinical degree and five (5) years experience. Prior supervisory experience required, demonstrating progressive responsibility, accountability and ability to develop and implement clinical and non-clinical programs. Must have a valid New York State driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Required Skills and Abilities: Comfortable working in both in-person and virtual settings, demonstrating strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across both virtual and physical environments. Strong proficiency in modern office software and digital collaboration tools is essential.
