POSITION OVERVIEW

The Divisional Director of Marketing and Online Sales is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and online sales initiatives for our division. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans that drive traffic, engagement, and sales for our single-family home offerings while overseeing a team of online consultants and advisors to ensure exceptional customer experience and conversion rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the home building or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in online sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
