POSITION OVERVIEW
The Divisional Head of IT (IT Business Partner) serves as the strategic interface between the IT function and the Europe Dealer division within Hunter Douglas. The role ensures that IT aligns with the business objectives of the division, driving digital enablement, IT performance, and operational resilience. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Divisional CEO and CFO, the individual will shape IT demand, influence IT strategy, and oversee IT-driven change management and communication.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring IT delivers value to the business while effectively managing risk, performance, and transformation initiatives within the companies that make up the Europe Dealer division. The role will foster ever closer collaboration between the divisional and the functional leaders (ITSM, Infra & Ops, App, Cyber, Data & Analytics) and drive IT excellence for the operating companies.
