Description:
The Human Resources Co-Ordinator is the perfect role for a critical thinker and creative problem solver who is eager to drive projects to completion for real improvement. As a key member of the Construction & Equipment Human Resources Team, this role will focus on ensuring that HR processes are continually improving to deliver value and exceed our employees’ and our businesses’ expectations.
- Ownership of our human resources information system (HCM), including processing of daily transactions
- Assist with the administration of tracking training, performance evaluations and other administrative duties that arise, while continuously looking for ways to automate, standardize and/or improve these tasks
- HR data management: audit and ensure data integrity of employee records across the division including but not limited to attendance, onboarding tasks, performance management and manage discrepancy reporting
- Collaborate with site HR Business partners to assess needs for projects and initiatives. Complete special projects as required.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting for the division including metrics and scorecards, dashboard management and development and drive the adoption and use of HR technology (social media, employee engagement, employee recognition, tech adoption, etc.)
- Manage the HCM and Convergence learning systems for businesses within the Division. Includes assigning, withdrawing, and tracking completions in partnership with site learning administrators. Create and maintain learning items as necessary
- Assist in sourcing & recruitment for various roles
- Be the Division representative on corporate teams and roll out initiatives across the Division
- Post-secondary education degree completion
- Minimum of three to five years of professional experience in an operations, business, or continuous improvement environment
- Working knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) is preferred but familiarity with HRIS systems is required
- Self-starter with sense of urgency, strong analytical skills & curiosity for data
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and proven experience influencing and leading change
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Strong organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Human Resources processes is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Driver’s license is a necessity
