We are seeking a Divisional Lead Nurse to provide outstanding clinical leadership and operational support across our Primary & Community Care (P&CC) Division. As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing patient safety, clinical innovation and excellence and workforce development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and support Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners, and Primary Care Lead Nurses.
• Drive clinical innovation, staff development, and high-quality patient care.
• Champion continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and a culture of learning.
• Collaborate with our Triumvirate Leadership Team to deliver safe, effective services.
• Represent IC24 at internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic direction.
