DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join Liberty Industrial’s Senior Management Team as a Divisional Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for the execution of major projects, ensuring outstanding safety performance, and driving business growth in the East Coast region.
As a strategic leader, you’ll mentor Project Managers, form excellent customer relationships, and build high-performing teams. You’ll oversee large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from planning to delivery, manage financials and resources, and contribute to high-quality tender submissions in collaboration with our Commercial Team.
You’ll play a key role in championing company values and culture, and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
This role may be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Central Coast NSW.
