We are in the process of rapidly expanding our successful Engineering team into a fully-fledged STEM division. We’ve already made some amazing progress into the energy, renewables and facilities management industries and we’re looking to not only penetrate further into those but also establish new verticals to drive rapid growth. Our aim is to create a powerhouse recruitment business across Construction, Engineering, Sustainability and Technology.
The Divisional Manager will need to be a strong player-coach who can hit the ground running with our existing team, and we’d expect them to lead from the front by billing themselves. They’ll report into the Group Strategy Director who will work with them to use data led decision making in order to scale the operation quickly and efficiently. Completing this incredibly strong set up will be our recently appointed NED, an extremely well-respected figure in the Energy & Renewables industry.
In terms of progression and the future, the sky is the limit! You’ll be on a path to run a business within a business, managing managers and representing the Division at all relevant board level discussions. In owning, moulding and driving this crucial Division, the Divisional Manager has an incredibly important and exciting part to play in the future of Talentia Group.
