For the Hygiene division in Dreieich, we are looking for a Divisional Product Manager Hygiene/ Liquids (m/f/d) Ref-Nr.: JR1012382 Your tasks as Divisional Product Manager Hygiene/ Liquids (m/f/d) In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of our Hygiene and Liquids portfolio, turning market insights into innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance customer value, strengthen competitiveness, and drive long-term growth. Your role with us as Divisional Product Manager Hygiene/ Liquids (m/f/d) Develop and drive a sustainable innovation and strategic portfolio roadmap for the assigned product category based on customer needs in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Development, Regions, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Procurement, Logistics & Supply. Defining, adapting and implementing product strategies and communicating a clear product vision Development, planning and implementation of new products and solutions according to the Stage-Gate-Process Responsible for the life cycle management process in the respective product category Responsible for continuously monitoring and analyzing sales/profit performance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure profitable growth Deriving, initiating and defining suitable measures such as product optimization and portfolio streamlining Carrying out market and competition analyses to ensure competitiveness Creation and maintenance of product documentation and packaging How will you drive innovation and growth in our Hygiene & Liquids portfolio? 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in a B2B environment Outstanding project management skills Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a practical and pragmatic approach Strong business sense and deep understanding of the customer journey and 100% customer focus Team player with strong interpersonal strengths, including communication, presentation and enforcement skills Fluent in englisch and german What’s in it for you?
