EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operational and manufacturing excellence roles.
  • methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and process documentation tools.
  • Experience in driving change management and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • Significant and demonstrated experience in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering.
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and generate 2D & 3D engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with process improvement Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Project Manage Engineering projects from conception, through specification design phase, installation, commissioning and trials whilst managing multi-discipline teams is essential.
  • Support, initiate, deploy and sign off process improvements and efficiency improvement modifications to manufacturing systems at all Insulated panel sites.
  • Carry out design and testing tasks on project proposals.
  • Lead and support both minor and major projects on manufacturing lines.
  • Produce engineering design and project support deliverables in line with Kingspan engineering standards.
  • Recommend and support value added improvement initiatives where appropriate.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key internal and external customers and facilitate liaison with management/design/operations staff.
  • Attend training to develop relevant self-knowledge and technical skills.
  • To support the local sites manufacturing process by being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults.
