Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced DJ/ Board Opp/ Producer who has strong technical and production skills. This individual will serve as the primary on-air personality and creative leader of the show, setting the tone, energy, and overall direction of the content while ensuring seamless technical execution during live broadcasts. The position is not just an on-air contributor — they drive the conversation, guide the team, manage the flow of the show, and ensure every segment connects authentically with the audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – TALENT LEAD: * Lead the editorial and creative direction of the show.     * Set the tone, pacing, and overall energy of each broadcast.     * Host and guide live conversations, interviews, and segments.     * Make real-time decisions during live programming.     * Collaborate with producers and on-air team members to maintain cohesion and consistency.     * Represent the show at events, promotions, and on social platforms as needed.     TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES – DJ / BOARD OPERATOR: * Operate broadcast console and automation software during live shows.     * Execute music, commercials, imaging, and pre-recorded elements accurately.     * Maintain audio quality and troubleshooting technical issues in real time.     * Manage clocks, logs, and commercial breaks efficiently.     PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and pitch creative segment ideas.     * Participate in weekly content planning and strategy sessions.     * Assist in pre-production for interviews and special segments.     * Edit audio and produce promotional materials when needed.     QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven experience in radio, live broadcasting, or digital media.     * Strong on-air presence with natural leadership ability.     * Ability to think quickly and perform under pressure.     * Technical knowledge of broadcast consoles and automation systems (e.g., WideOrbit, RCS, Zetta, etc.).     * Audio editing experience (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar).     * Highly organized, proactive, and team oriented.
