Lightening Logistics is seeking self-employed drivers that have held their FULL license (manual) for a minimum of 3 years with a maximum of 6 points, 23 years of age and above and are Fluent in English. Amazon-branded vans equipped with the latest technology (both electric vehicles and diesel) Responsibilities: Load vans and deliver packages with a smile Adhere to all safety regulation on the road Operate a mobile device for GPS and daily records Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude. Insurance and fuel included. 24/7 driver support hotline for assistance on the road. Pre-sorted packages for quick loading. Safe working conditions. Daily customer interactions. Easy and fast application process. Flexible working days. Must be available to work weekends. Route duration is 9 hours. Qualifications 23 Years of age or higher is required due to our insurance policy Full manual UK/EU Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years UK resident for a minimum of 1 years No more than 6 penalty points within the past 3 years. NO other endorsements like TT, DA, IN codes. Not banned from driving within the past 5 years No more than 1 fault claim within the past 2 years All non-spent criminal convictions must be referred to underwriters. Independent problem solver with good communication skills and the ability to work well with others The ability to be able to use stairs to deliver packages Able to lift and deliver packages up to 25kgs Will be required to use a smart phone with the relevant apps provided Drug and alcohol tests will be undertaken and are mandatory Weekend work is required

Responsibilities

Load vans and deliver packages while adhering to safety regulations. Interact with customers in a professional manner and operate a mobile device for daily records.
