Are you a highly organised logistics and coordination professional with a knack for stakeholder communication and operational planning? We’re looking for a DMaaS Planner to oversee the delivery and coordination of services under the Scottish Government procurement framework for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
This is a pivotal role that ensures smooth operations from order placement to dispatch, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall coordination of the HP Scottish Framework
  • Responsible for email communication to our strategic partner and end users, along with internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for identifying storage timeframes for equipment within multiple data stores
  • Involved in logistics coordination confirming the date and time deliveries are scheduled and expected
  • Assist with post-dispatch queries relating to dispatches enroute or that have not arrived as expected
  • Provide Proof of Delivery when required for orders
  • Responsible for a weekly operational meeting, advising the status of orders in/out and issues
  • Participates and adds value overall continual service improvement
  • Raising issues identifying to your line manager to preserve the service level agreements in place
  • Collaborate with internal teams to progress order fulfilment.
