Description Madera Toyota Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented and organized DMV Accounting Clerk to support our dealership operations. This role is responsible for processing DMV-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Process and submit DMV paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Verify vehicle documentation for completeness and compliance Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and related documents Post deals and assist with basic accounting entries Reconcile DMV transactions and resolve discrepancies Communicate with DMV offices and internal departments as needed Provide general administrative support to the accounting department Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Madera Toyota Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse workforce.
